Article 75
Executive Powers

(1) The executive authority of Nepal shall be vested in the Council of Ministers in accordance with this Constitution and laws (2) The Council of Ministers shall be in charge of general direction, control and operation of the governance system of Nepal under this constitution and laws.
(3) All work related to the federal executive of Nepal will be done in the name of the Government of Nepal.
(4) According to sub-section (3), the decision or order issued in the name of the Government of Nepal and the certification of the related authority shall be in accordance with the federal law.
